Self-love and Self- acceptance by Amena Apshori

Self-love is something we hear all the time.  We want more abundance and growth as humans and especially as women we desire more love and closeness.  We wish to have more self-esteem and self-acceptance.   Here are two ways to build our self-love and self-acceptance from within:  1.Physique Centered Self-Acceptance Physique-centered self-acceptance essentially means how we accept ourselves in terms of our physique. It reflects the way we view ourselves and look at our figures, our bodies, our outlook and appearance.  A lot of people tend to not accept themselves, not love themselves based on their physique.
